The Accounting Training & Internship Program is a professional development training program focused on bridging the skills gap between your university degree and industry expectations.
The program delivers public practice & practical accounting training with the ultimate goal of securing an internship with an accounting firm. We deliver technical training based on the skills required in the workplace, developed and delivered by qualified and practicing accountants.
Upon completion of all 4 training modules, all candidates will be actively marketed to our employer database for internships with the possibility of being made a full time offer. Candidates will have the opportunity to put into practice their newly acquired technical and practical industry relevant skills and abilities, while acquiring hands on industry experience.
Additionally, all candidates are provided with a reference letter from the qualified and practicing accountant trainer, including a capability statement, as well as a portfolio of your work show casing your skills and knowledge.
In this program candidates will be actively marketed to our employer database for permanent Accounting positions, where a range of Accounting firms come to recruit graduates.
Our program also includes unlimited access to our career advisory team and employer network to strategically assist you in securing your targeted employment opportunity. Our candidates have successfully secured positons across a large variety of accounting firms from regional & suburban public practices.
Additionally, candidates will receive ongoing support as required from our recruitment and careers advisors.
